Aperture is an all-in-one event platform built for small businesses. Create events, sell tickets, manage guest lists, check in attendees, and understand your customers through built-in analytics. Everything runs under your brand.
Any in-person event your business hosts. Wine tastings, live music, workshops, classes, pop-ups, trivia nights, private dinners, and more. You define your own event types during onboarding, and you can add new ones anytime.
Most businesses are up and running in under 10 minutes. Create your account, define your event types, connect Stripe, and publish your first event. No technical knowledge required.
No. Aperture is entirely web-based. Your event pages, admin dashboard, and check-in system all work in the browser on any device. Your customers purchase tickets and register through your branded event page.

Payments & Billing
5 questions
Aperture uses Stripe Connect so that ticket revenue goes directly into your own Stripe account. You maintain full control of your funds at all times. Aperture never holds, escrows, or touches your ticket sale revenue.
Starter ($50/month) includes event management, ticketing, guest lists, check-in, and email confirmations. Insights ($120/month) adds analytics, customer retention metrics, and revenue reporting. Pro ($200+/month) adds external integrations and cross-source intelligence.
Absolutely. Create events with free registration and your customers sign up with their name and email. You get a full guest list with check-in capabilities, and free event attendance still feeds into your analytics.
Yes, cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period. Your event data and customer history are preserved if you decide to come back.
Since ticket payments go directly to your Stripe account, you handle refunds on your own terms. You can process refunds through your Stripe dashboard. Aperture gives you the order and customer details you need.

Each ticket gets a unique QR code included in the confirmation email. At the door, open the check-in screen on your phone or tablet, scan the code or search by name. Check-in data feeds directly into your analytics so you can track actual attendance rates.
Insights is your analytics dashboard. It surfaces metrics like ticket sales trends, attendance rates, repeat customer rates, revenue per event, customer lifetime value, and more. Available on the Insights subscription tier, it turns your event data into actionable business intelligence.
After an event, Aperture can automatically send a follow-up email to checked-in attendees encouraging them to leave a Google review for your business. You provide your Google Review URL during setup, and the emails go out automatically.
Yes. Aperture tracks customer attendance across all your events. The Insights dashboard shows repeat customer rates, attendance frequency, and helps you identify your most loyal guests.
